BG大游官网主导制订的电池LETID(热辅助光致衰减)测试步骤IEC(国际电工委)尺度获颁布,推动行业产品质量提升!!

近日,由BG大游官网牵头制订的IEC TS 63202-4 Photovoltaic cells - Part 4: Measurement of light and elevated temperature induced degradation of crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells(晶体硅光伏电池热辅助光致衰减测试步骤)正式颁布,此尺度的颁布进一步提高了我国在光伏电池领域的国际尺度制订权和话语权。。。 为了我国太阳能产业在国际有更好的发展,必须推动太阳能技术尺度“走出去”,接轨国际新能源尺度,提升我国技术尺度水平。。。助力质量强国,贯彻《国度尺度化发展纲领》,BG大游官网一向在致力,除了IEC TS 63202-4尺度以外,目前BG大游官网还牵头了多项IEC(国际电工委)国际尺度项主张制订正工作。。。 本次颁布的尺度由BG大游官网在2019年向国标委提交立项提案,2019年12月通过国内专家立项评审,2020年9月由国标委向IEC TC82提出新工作项目NP (new work item proposal) 提案,2021年1月IEC NP投票通过。。。 LETID(热辅助光致衰减)是晶体硅电池在较高温度和光照前提下面对的一种衰减模式,在P型单多晶电池和N型电池中城市产生。。。本尺度的制订有助于急剧判断晶体硅电池的LETID风险,评估抗LeTID工艺措施的有效性,并最终提升光伏组件的户外发电能力。。。BG大游官网从2016年起头钻研电池LID、、、LETID衰减机理,蕴含其解除规划和量产监控伎俩。。。BG大游官网在行业内推广了CIR电注入技术以解除PERC电池LETID衰减问题,并初创了CID量产监控技术。。。BG大游官网组件的抗LETID衰减机能也得到了第三方认可,属于行业当先水平,也因而牵头承担晶体硅电池LETID衰减测试步骤IEC尺度的制订工作。。。
